Escanaba Public Library hosts “Move Your Way to a Healthier You”

Are you ready to take those mid-winter doldrums and kick them to the curb? Did you know that just a few minutes of activity can boost your mood, sharpen your focus, reduce your stress, and improve your sleep? Join us on Tuesday, March 8 at 4:30 p.m. for a presentation from Stephanie Ostrenga Sprague and Amanda Hayward from the MSU Extension Service. They will discuss simple ways that you can incorporate physical activity into your busy life and provide an interactive lesson while walking through simple exercises that can be customized to your ability and fitness level.
