Even if you never set a foot in Europe, you probably tried (or at least heard of) a macaroon! This delicate and beautiful French cookie disappears in a second, but is pretty tricky to prepare. Our youngest pastry Chef to date – Lisette La Fave – will take you through meticulous process of crafting your perfect macaroons in two crowd pleasing Valentine flavors (chocolate-covered strawberry or raspberry rose!). Delight your Valentine with those exquisite little confections!
