Treat yourself or a loved one this Valentine’s and “Pie” it forward with this triple chocolate cream pie. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of sweet flaky pastry dough called pâte brisée, then learn how to infuse chocolate ganache into pastry and whipped cream to create a lusciously layered ode to dark chocolate.
