Bay College Training and Development will be hosting the MSHA 8-hour Annual Refresher training of Part 46 and 48 of the Mine Act, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). The 8-hour MSHA program covers the annual training requirements for owners and operators under 30 CFR parts 46 & 48 (companies training under Part 46 must have an approved training plan). Training will be conducted through Michigan Technological University’s Michigan Mine Safety & Health Training grant and the MSHA Annual Refresher Metal/Non-Metal lesson plan is for year 2 of 3.

Training will take place in Escanaba at Bay College in the Joseph Heirman University Center, room 952C.
