Sushi Making part 2: How to roll the inside out roll, making nigiri sushi and the fusion of Japanese tradition with the modern. If you did not attend the last class do not worry, we will be dealing with techniques from the ground up in a relaxed no sweat environment to make elegant and professional quality sushi. Be ready to roll your sleeves up and get hands on. We will be making sushi fresh and serving sake alongside it.
