The Equinox Concert featuring Big Jon Sampson

A free concert of “Oldies” featuring vocalist entertainer “Big Jon Sampson”. Highlights include: Oldies from the 1950’s to 1980’s; Impersonations of Elvis, Willie Nelson, and Louis Armstrong; a Wipe Out drum solo.
In Canterbury Hall, St Stephens Episcopal Church, 500 Ogden Ave, Escanaba, September 23rd, 2023 at 7:00 pm, parking is available.
A free will offering will be collected during the performance to offset expenses.
“Big Jon” has been a successful entertainer for over 30 years heading ‘Oldies Concerts’ on 3 Caribbean cruise lines, even appearing at the Grand Old Opry and having a steady career in SW Florida as a radio producer and entertainer. Born in Detroit, he has recently made Escanaba his home and is available for private parties and events.
