Northern Lights Music Festival

A new music festival is emerging from the country and rock scenes and taking over the Upper Peninsula State Fairgrounds in Escanaba. Do you want to be a part of history? Be among 15,000 festival-goers. Enjoy unique foods, camp out onsite under a brilliant U.P. sky and mingle with music lovers from all over — and see acts like Keith Urban and Pop Evil. Does this sound right up your alley? Then plan on attending the inaugural Northern Lights Music Fest this summer!

Celebrating Our New Home

Thanks to the John & Melissa Besse Foundation’s generous donation of $1 million and a $500,000 grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), we are within $500,000 of completing this vital project.

Through community support, we received the MEDC matching grant! That means the $50,000 generously donated turned into $100,000 for the UP Welcome Center, Commerce Center Organizations, & the Webster Marble’s Inventing the Outdoors Museum!
